1. Russian in its history and prehistory

• Problems of historical Russian linguistics within Common Slavic and Indo-European context: inheritance, development, cultural contacts.
• Russian Middle Ages and Enlightenment: linguistic reflexes of social development.
• The analysis of ways of literary Russian system formation in XIX-th and XX-th centuries.
• Specific tendencies of the development of Russian language in ХХ-th century: general regularities and individual cases. Language of Revolution and Soviet period. The new phenomena in language of the end of ХХ-th century.
